Terms of service
These terms apply to hosts using Keedo, provided by NextLevelSolutions OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. The German version is binding; this translation is for convenience.
1. Scope
These terms govern the contract between us and you as a host. Keedo is for people who offer their own events commercially or as self-employed professionals. Other terms only apply if we agree to them in writing.
2. What Keedo provides
With Keedo you create your own page at keedo.page/<name>, publish events and take bookings. You see who is coming, who has paid and who has cancelled, and you can message participants.
Keedo is not a marketplace and does not bring you participants. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific level. Maintenance may cause short interruptions. Features may change as long as the core service remains.
3. Account
You need an account with accurate details. Keep your access secret. You are responsible for activity on your account where you are at fault for its misuse.
4. Prices
Keedo charges no fee per booking or spot. Use is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; you then decide whether to subscribe, and features may be limited without a plan.
Fees of your payment provider, such as Stripe for online payments, are yours.
5. Your contracts with participants
When someone books your event, the contract is between you and the participant. We are not a party to it.
You are responsible for your offers: description, prices, taxes, invoices, cancellation terms, refunds and delivery. For retreats with accommodation, you check whether package travel law applies. You provide the mandatory information your offers require, such as your own imprint if you act commercially.
6. Payments
Online payments run through your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. The money goes directly to you; Keedo does not receive it. Cash and bank transfers are handled directly between you and participants.
7. Content
Only upload texts, images and files you hold the rights to. You grant us a simple right, limited to the term of the contract, to store this content and display it on your page, in emails and in previews such as link shares.
Unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content is not allowed. If we receive concrete notice of a violation, we may block content and will tell you.
8. Your participants' data
You are the controller of your participants' data; we process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), which forms part of these terms.
Send invitations and other marketing only to people who agreed. If you confirm in Keedo that consent exists, you are liable for that being true and indemnify us against resulting third-party claims.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law.
For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. While Keedo is free, we are not liable for slight negligence.
10. Term and termination
The contract runs indefinitely. You can end it at any time by deleting your account or writing to us. We can terminate with 30 days' notice. The right to terminate for cause, for example for serious breaches of these terms, remains.
Before the end you can request your participants' data from us. Afterwards we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
11. Changes to these terms
We announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object before they take effect, the new terms apply; the email explains this right and its consequences. If you object, either side may terminate when the change takes effect.
12. Final provisions
The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Tallinn. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain valid.
